Partnership Manager - Base44

Job Description

• Plan and execute partnership strategies to drive measurable growth and revenue
• Identify creative growth opportunities and recruit relevant influencers and partners who align with the brand
• Manage and optimize the daily operations of the partnership program, improving efficiency
• Leverage technology and tools (including AI) to enhance workflows and performance
• Negotiate commercial agreements to maximize value and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and define KPIs for optimization
• Work with the team to effectively use partner content in ads and social channels
• Take ownership of budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or partnerships.
• Excellent written and spoken English, writing and communicating effectively with international partners.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, interpret results, and derive actionable insights.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt and utilize new technologies effectively
• Proven negotiation skills and confidence in financial discussions and deal-making
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple partners and deadlines
• A proactive "doer" attitude with a hands-on approach and execution focus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
