We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Network Team Leader to join a stable and well-established organization.

Responsibilities:

Setting goals for team members, monitoring performance, and motivating employees to achieve personal and professional objectives
Planning, monitoring, and managing work plans
Leading innovative projects in the fields of cybersecurity and network infrastructure
Implementing work plans and infrastructure projects, including monitoring and handling security exposures and threats
Managing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity and network-related projects
Direct management of a team of 4 professionals

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience managing a cybersecurity and network team
2+ years of experience in information systems and networking
Extensive experience in the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of network and cybersecurity infrastructures
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco network systems, Fortinet and Check Point firewalls, and F5 load balancers
