We are looking for an experienced GRC & Risk Manager to lead strategic cyber risk and compliance initiatives in a large, stable, and highly regulated organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of decision-making, influence senior leadership, and drive meaningful cyber and regulatory programs end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead GRC, cyber risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Design and implement a Cyber Risk Assessment Program
• Build and manage control frameworks aligned with cyber defense methodologies
• Lead regulatory cyber projects and ISO certification processes
• Manage operational risks and define mitigation strategies
• Draft high-level policies, procedures, and methodologies in Information Security
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and senior management
• Prepare executive-level presentations and materials
• Build, execute, and monitor annual work plans

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a GRC professional in a large financial organization – mandatory
• Proven experience leading Information Security projects – mandatory
• Strong background in cyber risk management and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with IT & Information Security standards and regulations
• Certified CISO from a recognized institution – mandatory
• CISM / CISSP – an advantage
