The opportunity

Teva’s Global Legal team is seeking a Paralegal to join our Patent Department, supporting the patent clearance teams in managing and organizing key intellectual property information. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of global patent data, contributing directly to the company’s innovation and product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

How you’ll spend your day

• Maintain and update patent records to ensure accuracy and compliance across global portfolios.
• Prepare and generate clear, insightful patent reports to support legal and business decision-making.
• Serve as a resource for database users, providing guidance and troubleshooting to optimize information management systems.
  
  

Qualifications

Your experience and qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous paralegal work in law firm or in-house- Must
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related legal field
• Experience with database work, detail oriented
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking- Must
• IP work- preferred
