Netsuite ERP Support and Administration Consultant

Join an international IT company as Netsuite Administrator and Support consultant!

Having recently rolled out Netsuite ERP, the company is looking for a Netsuite Support Analyst or ERP administrator with prior Netsuite experience to join their team. This role will provide support to business users across finance and logistics areas, including troubleshooting issues, 1st / 2nd line support, and system administration.

You will support users to get the most out of Netsuite, including delivering training as well as helping on projects to improve the system and processes.

The role:

• Netsuite support and administration
• Support users across 1st / 2nd lines, escalating issues as required
• End user training to help improve user adoption and use of the system
• Support stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Logistics to improve processes and system configuration, as needed
• Assist in technical troubleshooting including working with other Netsuite team members and the SI partner, escalating as required

Your profile:

• 1-3+ years' Netsuite ERP experience in a Support, Administration or Super-user capacity, with good understanding of the ERP
• Experience providing ERP system administration or support and troubleshooting user issues
• Good business process understanding and ability to engage with end users to understand requirements and identify system or process improvements
• Good communication skills
• ERP testing and training experience beneficial

Type: Interim freelance contractor (possibility to go permanent for the right candidate if desired)

Location: Tel Aviv area, Israel
