Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Israel. This on-site role involves managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events and conferences. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for clients, overseeing project milestones, coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets and contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will play a critical role in delivering custom-tailored event solutions that align with client objectives and Uproduction’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Experience in event planning, project management, and account management, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation, budget management, and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.
• Knowledge of global event production, experiential tourism, and a creative mindset for designing tailored event solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Professional experience in event production, tourism, or similar industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
