CXM Distribution System Team Leader

Menora Mivtachim is looking for an experienced CXM Distribution System Team Leader to lead an enterprise distribution system and manage a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, business-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an enterprise CXM distribution system.
• Manage a team of system analysts, QA, and operations.
• Matrix management with software development teams.
• Manage Agile tasks, releases, and versions using JIRA.
• Lead end-to-end development from initiation to production.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage work plans and budgets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of managerial experience – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Technology – mandatory.
• 3+ years of systems analysis experience – mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills – mandatory.
• Experience with SOAP / REST / APIs – mandatory.
• Experience with JIRA, AS400, or Java – an advantage
