We are seeking a dynamic Hands-On Business Application Manager to lead Management Information Systems (MIS). This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with deep expertise in MIS project management. You will work cross-functionally to optimize business intelligence, automated marketing campaigns and information systems performance while ensuring seamless system integration and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Resource Management: Oversee the development and delivery of MIS projects, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Backlog & Prioritization: Own and manage the MIS requirements backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize based on impact.
- System Innovation & Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend system upgrades to improve overall performance.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and measure regional KPIs to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to streamline marketing operations and improve digital performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
✔ Project and Budget Management: Ability to manage regional projects, prioritize resources, and optimize workflows
✔ Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
✔ Strong business analysis skills ability to define, document, and implement system and marketing automation functional requirements.
✔ Strong analytical mindset, KPI tracking and other A/B testing platforms.
✔ Deployment Management: Skilled in approving and overseeing product or service deployments.
✔ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
