About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious junior Analyst to join our top-tier analyst team in Tel Aviv. This role is an excellent opportunity for Law Graduates (post-internship) who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to transition into the world of Web Intelligence (WEBINT) and OSINT.

The role involves processing legal and web-based information during shifts that require rapid response times, quick decision-making, and sharp analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Research & Synthesis: Conduct research and synthesis of publicly available data (PAI) and legal information.
• High-Pressure Response: Manage incoming requests during shifts that demand quick turnaround times and effective decision-making.
• Reporting: Produce written outputs, such as reports and briefings, that contextualize the meaning and relevance of findings.
• Analytical Reasoning: Apply logical reasoning and critical thinking across diverse data sources to identify patterns and risks.
• Collaborative Environment: Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to a scalable and solution-driven platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: LL.B. degree and completion of a legal internship – Must.
• Experience: While we are open to junior profiles, experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or related intelligence disciplines is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English; Advanced proficiency in written Hebrew is required — including the ability to quickly interpret nuance, assess credibility, and make independent decisions based on Hebrew source material.
• Operational Agility: Ability to handle short-notice assignments effectively and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Personal Attributes: An independent thinker who is a dedicated and humble team player.
