Assistant Financial Controller

Assistant Controller – Public Real Estate Company

A publicly traded real estate company is seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Controller to join its finance team.

Position Responsibilities:

·      Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Securities Authority regulations

·      Preparation of annual tax returns

·      Ongoing support of the accounting department

·      Implementation and maintenance of ISOX controls

·      Ongoing handling of accounting and reporting matters

·      Continuous work and coordination with external auditors

Position Details:

·      Full-time position

Requirements:

·      Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

·      Internship at one of the BIG 4 accounting firms – advantage

·      Experience in the real estate sector – advantage

·      High level of proficiency in Excel – mandatory

·      Strong interpersonal skills, high analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
