Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting with regulatory compliance, analyzing legal issues, and providing guidance to clients across various industries. The role includes identifying risks, offering solutions for complex legal matters, conducting legal research, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve clients’ objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Law and Legal Issues, particularly in areas such as Technology, Data Protection, and Corporate Law
•  1–3 years of professional legal experience in the field of data protection and cybersecurity, working in English
• Demonstrates excellence, initiative, and a drive to deliver top-quality work
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required
• License to practice law in Israel
• Prior experience working with technology or corporate clients is an advantage
