Mylo is looking for a Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join us at a defining moment - as we scale growth and accelerate our U.S. market expansion.

After our successful launch, we’re now gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion, and UA is at the heart of it.
This is a high-impact, hands-on growth role.
- You’ll own performance marketing end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and work closely with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Leadership to drive scalable, profitable growth.
- You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing acquisition across paid channels, improving creative performance through structured testing, and ensuring clean measurement and attribution so we can move fast with confidence.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute UA strategy to drive installs, activation, retention, and subscription revenue growth
- Own daily campaign management and optimization across major platforms and partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, ad networks, affiliate networks)
- Manage budgets and pacing while hitting core KPIs (CPI/CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback, retention)
- Lead creative testing: collaborate with designers/creators to build a creative pipeline, run structured A/B tests, and scale winners
- Build and improve funnels with insights on onboarding, paywall performance, and conversion (in collaboration with Product)
- Ensure measurement & attribution: work with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), analytics, and tracking to maintain high-quality data
- Own affiliate network growth: onboard and manage affiliate partners, optimize offers/payouts, monitor fraud risk, and scale profitable sources
- Identify new channels and opportunities (new networks, formats, retargeting, audience strategies, bid automation, etc.)
- Report performance clearly: deliver weekly/monthly insights, learnings, and next steps to stakeholders
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience (B2C app experience is a must; gaming is a plus)
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and at least one additional channel (TikTok / programmatic / ad networks)
- Strong experience with affiliate networks: sourcing/onboarding partners, negotiating terms, setting offers, optimizing performance, and monitoring quality
- Solid understanding of mobile attribution and measurement (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards, spotting trends/anomalies, and making decisions fast
- Experience running A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Strong communication skills in English (written + verbal)
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, prioritization, and comfort with ambiguity
Strong Advantage
Experience scaling subscription-based apps (paywalls, trials, pricing tests)
Familiarity with BI tools (Looker / Tableau / GA4 / Amplitude / Mixpanel)
Experience working with creators, UGC pipelines, or performance creative frameworks
Experience with fraud prevention/traffic quality tooling for affiliates (postbacks, S2S events, validation rules)
