A stable and well-established industrial company in Northern Israel is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function and take full ownership of financial operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller from a global or manufacturing environment who is ready to step into a full Controller role with team management responsibility.

📍 Location: Upper Galilee / Western Galilee / Golan Heights

🏢 Primarily on-site | Hybrid option – 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Budget control, financial analysis and cost monitoring
• Inventory oversight and internal controls
• Reporting to regulatory and governmental authorities
• Managing external auditors
• Direct management of the bookkeeping/accounting team
• Driving financial processes and operational improvements

Requirements:

• CPA – mandatory
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience as Assistant Controller – significant advantage
• Background in manufacturing / industrial companies – strong advantage
• Big 4 background – advantage
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
• High-level English
• Leadership mindset and ability to manage a small team
