Role Description
We are looking for a NOC Technical Support Specialist to monitor and maintain critical systems, including VM servers and other IT infrastructures. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and providing initial resolution for technical issues, collaborating with various technology teams, and ensuring maximum system uptime and integrity.

- Monitoring & Control: Continuous oversight of IT systems, including VM servers, networks, and enterprise applications.
- Incident Management: Real-time identification of faults and providing initial technical response.
- Documentation: Logging incidents and escalating detailed information to relevant technical teams.
- Tool Utilization: Working with advanced monitoring and control systems.
- Emergency Protocols: Implementing emergency procedures during critical system failures.
- Communication: Maintaining ongoing communication with support teams, developers, and external vendors.
Requirements
- Experience: At least one year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment – Significant advantage.
- OS Knowledge: Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Virtualization: Experience with VMware or Hyper-V – Advantage.
- Networking: Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with Zabbix or SolarWinds – Advantage.
- Databases: Experience with SQL – Advantage.
- Technical Stack: Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to perform under pressure and respond quickly to incidents.
- Languages: Good English proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Availability: Must be available for 24/7 shift work.
