The Role

We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer who is not only a strong coder but also a capability leader. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex algorithms and practical application, leading projects from concept to deployment. You will embrace the future of coding by actively utilizing AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end development projects, overseeing the lifecycle from algorithm design to final implementation.
• Algorithm Implementation: Collaborate on the development and integration of sophisticated algorithms into robust software solutions.
• Customer & Partner Engagement: Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and partners, translating their needs into technical specifications and ensuring successful delivery.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Actively utilize AI coding assistants and tools to streamline programming tasks, refactor code, and accelerate development cycles.
• Hybrid Development: Design and maintain high-performance software using a mix of technologies.
• Software Infrastructure Ownership: Take full charge of the company’s software infrastructure, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across all projects.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with C# and Python.
• Modern Tooling: Proven experience using AI tools to assist in programming and problem-solving.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with clients and partners.
• Advantage - Cloud Development: Experience in designing and developing cloud-based applications
