About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer and Implementation Specialist to join our existing development team in a significant role with broad organizational responsibility for Power Platform solutions.

This position involves building, developing, and implementing Power Platform-based solutions and automations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), addressing diverse business needs, and leading cross-organizational digitization and automation initiatives.

Additionally, the role includes integrating AI solutions, building and developing AI Agents, and connecting automated tools with existing core systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions
• Build cross-system automation workflows (Power Automate) and develop internal business applications (Power Apps)
• Integrate AI capabilities and build AI Agents as part of business processes
• Write code and extensions as needed (JavaScript / Python)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide professional leadership and training on Power Platform within the organization

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and/or developing on the Power Platform
• Proven experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience writing code/scripts in JavaScript or Python
• Ability to work independently and provide professional leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a financial environment / financial knowledge
• Relevant degree (Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering, etc.)
