Vice President of Quality

 Datos is building a remote and hybrid care platform that is redefining how healthcare is delivered. Our technology directly improves patient outcomes and enables scalable, data-driven care.  

We are now looking for a VP Quality, reporting to the CTO, this leader will own quality end-to-end across the organization and lead a team of 5 QA professionals responsible for ensuring reliability, regulatory excellence, predictable releases, and rigorous production standards in a healthcare environment. 

You will

• Define and execute the company’s quality vision and strategy 

• Own quality across support, manual QA, automation, AI quality, compliance, and release management 

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards including ISO and HIPAA 

• Establish scalable processes for versioning, go-to-production readiness, and release predictability 

• Lead structured incident management, root cause analysis, and prevention frameworks 

• Serve as the primary quality bridge between R&D, DevOps, and Customer Success 

• Build a culture of accountability, measurable KPIs, and continuous improvement 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in Quality within complex software environments 

• Experience operating in regulated industries, preferably healthcare or medical-grade systems 

• Deep understanding of automation strategy, production reliability, and modern software delivery 

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making 

• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels 

• Fluency in English 

Experience with AI-driven systems or AI quality practices is a strong advantage.

Hybrid model. Two days per week in the office, the rest remote.
