Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation in Israel's largest healthcare organization.
We are looking for a Clinical Content Lead to join our C-Pi team. C-Pi (Clalit Proactive and Preventative Intervention) platform helps healthcare providers identify and prioritize patients for proactive care. This innovative platform leverages clinical guidelines, real-world data, and AI to support better medical decision-making at scale.
Our ideal candidate is a physician with strong analytical thinking and a passion for turning clinical knowledge into action.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as the clinical authority in the product team
•Conduct literature reviews and evaluate clinical content
•Define and refine clinical requirements for digital products
•Collaborate with domain experts, developers, and fellow physicians
•Support implementation efforts by onboarding clinicians and collecting feedback
•Help tag and structure clinical data (e.g., medical records) for algorithm development
Requirements:
•MD degree – required
•Strong understanding of clinical guidelines and medical decision-making processes
•Ability to apply strong logical reasoning to clinical and product-related challenges
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Experience working with multidisciplinary teams – an advantage
