Role Description – Business Intelligence Developer (Petah Tikva, On-site)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Petah Tikva. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced BI solutions, building data models and dashboards, and performing data analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

The role includes working with databases, developing efficient ETL processes, managing data warehousing solutions, and creating reports and dashboards primarily in Qlik Sense, with a strong focus on the HR domain. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical data solutions, and contribute to improving organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced BI solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense (mainly HR-related)
• Design and manage data models and data warehouse solutions
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making
• Develop and optimize ETL processes
• Work with databases and write SQL queries
• Gather and analyze business requirements and write specification documents
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present insights clearly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense – mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes, including writing functional specifications
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience or familiarity with HR systems and HR processes, especially Oracle Fusion – significant advantage
• Familiarity with Priority – significant advantage
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry – advantage
