Global Business Development and Marketing Manager

an innovative developer of advanced sensor and robotics solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Lead to build and lead our global commercial activity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities from scratch
• Drive market penetration and expansion into international enterprise and industrial markets
• Identify, generate, and qualify leads independently
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including high-level meetings and negotiations with global enterprise customers
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced technological products
• Establish strategic partnerships and distribution channels
• Own revenue targets and deliver measurable growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in high-tech Sales & Marketing (international markets required)
• Demonstrated success penetrating global enterprise accounts and working with large international companies
• Experience selling multidisciplinary technological systems (hardware + software + mechanics) – strong advantage
• Technological background and ability to understand and present complex systems
• Strong results orientation with the ability to lead cross-functional processes
