Production and Service Manager – VST

VST, a company developing and manufacturing advanced Thin Film coating systems for the semiconductor and optics industries, is seeking a Production and Service Manager with overall responsibility for delivering systems from the design phase through installation and customer implementation.

The role includes full responsibility for production, assembly, integration, and service of advanced technological systems combining vacuum systems, control systems, pneumatics, and more. The position requires close collaboration with the R&D department and providing service to customers בארץ and internationally.

This is a key leadership role with broad responsibility and direct impact on the company’s success.

• End-to-end management of the production process – transferring products from R&D to manufacturing
• Assembly, integration, and system testing
• Development and implementation of work processes, production documentation, and procedures
• Working with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain management
• Production scheduling and meeting quality, budget, and delivery targets

• Responsibility for installation, commissioning, and support of systems at customer sites
• Troubleshooting systemic issues and on-site problem solving
• Managing service calls, prioritization, and workforce allocation
• Direct customer interaction in Israel and abroad (academia and industry)

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Practical Mechanical Engineer – mandatory
• 5–10 years of experience in production / integration / technological service roles
• Experience working with complex multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
• Significant advantage: experience in Vacuum / Semiconductor / Thin Films / Cryogenics
• High-level technical English
