We are a fast-growing international travel company based in Tel Aviv, designing and operating unforgettable journeys across Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a part-time Customer Success Representative to help shape how our travelers remember and talk about their experience with us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Monitor online review platforms to track brand sentiment and reputation
• Respond to customer reviews in a warm, professional, and on-brand manner
• Investigate and resolve negative feedback with clear, empathetic public and private responses
• Summarize customer insights and trends and share them with internal teams to improve tours and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Native-level English (written and spoken)
• A natural communicator with strong writing skills
• Passion for customer service, hospitality, or travel
• Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and comfortable handling sensitive situations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
• Comfortable using online platforms, dashboards, and basic reporting tools
Practicals Details:
- Part-time position
- Based in our Tel Aviv office (right on the beach)
- 4 hours per day, twice a week (8 hours weekly with potential to expand to a larger role)
