✨ About the Role

As a Journey Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for individuals and families relocating abroad. You’ll manage the full journey — from the first conversation to post-arrival support — ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.

This is a client-facing, end-to-end role that combines service excellence, coordination, and problem-solving.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout their relocation journey
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and understand each client’s unique needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless services
• Manage timelines, milestones, and expectations across multiple journeys
• Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally — written and verbal
• Identify challenges early and find thoughtful, practical solutions
• Maintain high service standards, accuracy, and confidentiality

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong service mindset and genuine care for people
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (additional languages a plus)
• High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience in relocation, global mobility, client services, coaching or project management — an advantage, not a must
