The role serves as a key player in identifying and analyzing technological tools operating on iOS devices. The researcher collaborates with cybersecurity and intelligence teams to uncover links between technological tools and hostile activities, leveraging advanced technological and intelligence capabilities.
In this role, there is a need to analyze vulnerabilities, identify secure breaches, develop new tools and methods and share critical information with relevant security entities to ensure effective handling technological threats.
Requirements
Experience with iOS operating system, including architecture, permissions and interfaces
Experience in code analysis (Reverse Engineering)
Familiarity with the iOS kernel
Understanding of cybersecurity, including malicious code and vulnerability detection
Ability to work in an intelligence and security environment, maintaining confidentiality
Experience with intelligence tools or security systems
