FP&A Analyst – IBI Investment House - position no. 1571

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the FP&A function within the organization as a standalone role
• Build, manage, and control the annual and quarterly budgets
• Prepare forecasts, scenario analyses, and variance analyses (actual vs. budget)
• Ongoing collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and department heads
• Integrate financial data with operational and investment data
• Work extensively with an advanced ERP system
• Improve processes, drive automation, and build FP&A methodologies from scratch

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – Mandatory
• CPA license / Master’s degree – Advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A / Economist / Financial Analyst roles – Mandatory
• Experience working with ERP systems– Significant advantage for Oracle– Mandatory
• Proven experience in building budgets, forecasts, and performing variance analysis
• Experience in a financial organization / investment house / insurance company – Significant advantage
