Job Description

We’re Hiring: Mechanical Engineer

Aran Biotech is looking for a Company Engineer to join our team at Kibbutz Nachshon, Israel.

This is a key role combining engineering leadership, project management, and hands-on involvement in transferring products from development to production.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹Manage the Engineering and Maintenance process

🔹Lead NPI activities – transfer products from R&D to manufacturing and manage configuration control

🔹Matrix management of cross-functional projects

🔹Write SOPs and work instructions for machines and production processes

🔹Define new components, including technical documentation and ERP item creation

🔹Build and manage production files, BOMs, and change control (ECO / ECN)

🔹Implement new production equipment and systems, including operation and maintenance instructions

🔹Lead V&V activities for products, equipment, and processes

🔹Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation to final delivery

🔹Work closely with suppliers, consultants, and contractors in Israel and abroad

🔹Maintain and manage ERP (PRIORITY) and engineering documentation systems

Requirements:

🔹B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

🔹Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

🔹Strong technical and hands-on capabilities

🔹Experience with ERP systems (PRIORITY - advantage)

🔹Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor - advantage

🔹Knowledge in mechanical systems and electronics – advantage
