Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for a high-throughput, low-latency product—from initial architectural design to production deployment and system health monitoring. We believe in the "You build it, you own it" philosophy, seeking an engineer who thrives on scaling complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Languages: Go (v1.24+), Python
• Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, DynamoDB, S3, ElastiCache), Kubernetes, Helm
• Data & Streaming: Apache Kafka, Databricks, PySpark
• Monitoring & Metrics: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, OpenObserve
• Storage: DynamoDB, Redis/Valkey, PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities

• Microservices Development: Design and scale high-performance, low-latency services in Go.
• Data Engineering: Build and optimize pipelines for feature aggregation, analytics, and ML training sets.
• Event Streaming: Architect real-time processing systems utilizing Kafka.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and GitOps workflows.
• System Reliability: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed cloud environments.
• Collaborative Design: Shape the technical roadmap and take part in critical architectural decisions.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Go in high-scale production environments.
• Deep understanding of Distributed Systems and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience with message queues and streaming platforms (Kafka/MSK).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
• Solid background in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Cloud expertise within the AWS ecosystem (EKS, S3, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with System Health tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Tracing).

Advantages:

• Background in Ad-Tech or high-frequency data sectors (Significant Plus).
• Experience with Real-time ML inference at scale or MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python/PySpark, DBT, or SQLMesh for data processing.
• Familiarity with high-scale databases like ScyllaDB or Aerospike.
• Experience with Databricks or equivalent data platforms.
