We are looking for a Product Hybrid Engineer - a true "Individual Builder" who operates at the intersection of engineering, product, and design. You are not just here to implement tickets; you are here to challenge the roadmap, talk directly to customers, and drive innovation from ideation to production.

In this role, you will run fast on multiple high-impact projects, using AI to amplify your impact and speed. You will have the autonomy to make architectural and product decisions, moving with the speed and spirit of an entrepreneur within the company.

• Build End-to-End: You will not just build products; you will build the systems that power them. You will take concepts from a rough idea to a deployed, scalable production system autonomously.
• Leverage AI to Move Fast: You will utilize the newest AI tools to accelerate your workflow, allowing you to focus on high-level architecture, complex problem-solving, and customer value rather than boilerplate coding.
• Drive Product Innovation: You will work directly with customers to understand their pain points. You are expected to challenge Product Managers, Designers and Leadership, offering alternative solutions and driving ideation based on your technical and product insights.
• Own the Architecture: While frameworks change, architecture persists. You will design robust systems that can scale, ensuring we aren't just shipping "quick and dirty" prototypes but enterprise-grade software.
• Operate with Autonomy: You will manage your own priorities and projects, navigating ambiguity without needing constant direction. You focus on outcomes, not output.

• Experience: At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Builder Mindset: You have a strong "0 to 1" capability. You are comfortable running solo and can deliver complete features independently.
• DevOps Mastery: You have strong DevOps skills and can build and maintain the infrastructure required to run your applications. You don't rely on a separate ops team to get your code to production.
• Product Obsession: You have a high degree of product sense and customer empathy. You care deeply about what we are building and why, not just how.
• Tech Agnostic: We don't care what tech stack you come from, as long as you are a master of your craft and can adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You move fast, take calculated risks, and have the drive of a founder.
