Principal Product Manager

Were is seeking an innovative cybersecurity senior product manager who will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing new features for our Security platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for the browser security platform.
• Engage with CISOs and security teams to understand their web security challenges and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Leverage data-driven insights from product engagement, customer feedback, and key metrics to enhance usability, adoption, and retention.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring continuous alignment with company strategy and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver impactful, high-quality products.
• Define, prioritize, and refine product features, maintain a well-structured backlog, and ensure efficient execution.
• Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product value to internal teams, customers, and the market to drive adoption and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity products.
• Proven experience in Network security or AI security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges.
• Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
