As a Claims Representative, you will manage the full life cycle of insurance claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the process and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Handle claims end‑to‑end — from initial submission to case closure
• Provide personal guidance and exceptional service to customers
• Communicate regularly with policyholders, appraisers, garages, and insurance companies
• Make real‑time decisions and proactively update customers on claim status
• Work toward clear performance targets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Claims Representative — Advantage

Experience with Life/Pension/General claims — Advantage

Experience handling Home Insurance claims — Advantage
