Technical Support Representative (Hebrew and English) - Tier 2-3

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Cloud Support Specialists to provide technical assistance to a world-leading company.

Previous experience in technical support or IT is an advantage — but not a must. If you have relevant knowledge or training in IT or cloud technologies, we encourage you to apply!

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Training or experience in IT technologies, with a focus on cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Ability to manage a variety of customer situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach
