Role Overview-

• Joining as a Software Team Lead, managing a high-caliber team of developers.
• Balancing leadership with technical execution, maintaining approximately 40% Hands-on involvement.
• Leading the development of high-scale backend services using Go (Golang).
• Working in a modern cloud-native environment utilizing GCP, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Overseeing complex data architectures involving PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Reporting directly to the Group Manager and influencing the team's technical roadmap and execution.

Requirements-

• 2 years of professional experience in Team Leadership – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience in Go (Golang) development – Mandatory.
• Significant background in building products within high-growth High-Tech companies.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering OR a graduate of an elite military technological unit – Mandatory.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
• Strong architectural understanding and experience with high-scale distributed systems.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive technical excellence.
