Project Manager – Industrial Engineering & Management

We are looking for a highly organized and execution‑driven Project Manager to lead an end‑to‑end project in the field of land regulation in East Jerusalem. This is a central operational role that requires full ownership of planning, coordination, monitoring, and driving delivery across multiple processes and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

• Full end‑to‑end project management: planning vs. execution, tracking milestones, and timelines
• Building detailed work plans and schedules for a complex, multi‑layered project
• Consolidating project status, identifying gaps, risks, and bottlenecks
• Ongoing work with multiple interfaces: execution teams, consultants, professionals, and authorities
• Preparing status reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to management
• Leading processes of organization, structure, and standardization within the project

What you will bring along

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management – must
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple processes and interfaces – must
• Experience in PMO / operational management / command‑and‑control roles – must
• Very strong Excel skills (daily use, analysis, monitoring, reporting) – must
• Familiarity with land regulation / registration processes – significant advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
