Senior Product Manager

Bynet Communications hiring to a client :Senior Product Manager – AI & Developer Platforms

​A leading technological unit within the IDF is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-driven developer platforms. You will be responsible for building advanced, mission-critical operational systems and AI platforms that empowers our developers to build faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

* Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: strategy, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.

* Define and lead the AI strategy for the unit’s development ecosystem, including the integration of GenAI tools, LLMs, and automated SDLC workflows.

* ​Lead complex technological products in highly constrained and secure environments, including closed networks.

* ​Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and practical engineering tools (DevEx) to improve developer productivity.

* ​Drive data-informed decisions and manage the evolution of existing products.

* ​Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, operations, and stakeholders.

Requirements

* ​Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager on complex technological products.

* ​Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern developer tools (IDE extensions, CI/CD pipelines, etc.).

* ​Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG) and their application in software engineering.

* ​Experience working in closed / isolated network environments.

* ​Solid knowledge of core project management and Agile methodologies.

* ​Strong ability to independently lead products end-to-end.

* ​Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

​ Advantages

* ​Hands-on experience with LLMOps or building AI-based features for developers.

* ​Technical background (e.g., former Software Engineer or Architect).

* ​Experience with Data Science workflows or managing large-scale data platforms.

* ​Military operational or leadership experience.

* ​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
