Wenrix is looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in Machine Learning to join our innovative team.

In this role, you will design and build AI algorithms from the ground up, aligned with the core objectives of the business. Additionally, you'll work on solving problems that require a sharp analytical mindset based on data analysis and statistical tools.

What Will You Do?

• Lead hands-on research, analyze and interpret massive airfare related data sets
• Identify opportunities to leverage data to strengthen Wenrix’s solutions and propose new product ideas
• Generate significant revenue impact by employing predictive AI and statistical models within the Wenrix product suite
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transition prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems
• Thrive in a startup environment, working both independently and as part of a team
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and related fields in the industry, preferably with tabular data
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and standard data science libraries
• Prior experience developing end to end ML/DL pipelines in production environments (EDA, Training, Inference, Monitoring), aimed towards solving business problems
• Bachelor’s in a STEM field (Statistics/CS/Math/Engineering); Advanced degree - a plus
• Experience with reinforcement learning - advantage
• Experience with LLMs and context engineering - advantage
