About the Role

• Oversight of work plans and budgets for cross-organizational technological activities within the division
• Management of the Information Systems (IS) PMO and coordination between technological units
• Technological procurement control and leading vendor engagement policy
• Responsibility for implementation support, training, and ongoing user support for organizational systems
• Professional ownership of the annual and multi-year work plan and budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Computer Science – an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in planning & control management, PMO, or managing technological projects
• Proven experience in building and managing annual and multi-year technological budgets
• Experience in implementing management routines and lessons-learned processes
• At least 2 years of experience managing employees or external suppliers – mandatory
