In this role, you won't just be creating dashboards; you will be architecting the actual logic that runs our daily business. You will lead a team of analysts responsible for converting data into immediate, high-impact operational actions in a fast-paced E-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Scale an Analytics Squad: Manage and mentor a team of analysts. You will be responsible for their professional growth, quality of output, and the delivery of critical daily decision-making logic.
• Architect Decision Logic & Modeling: Develop the sophisticated logic models and decision trees that dictate our inventory and operational moves. You will take variables like sales velocity, trend seasonality, and supply constraints to build "if-then" algorithms that automate and optimize business choices.
• End-to-End Process Engineering: This is a "builder" role. You will design the entire workflow for the team—defining which parameters are relevant, how data is processed, and how we can constantly refine our forecasting accuracy to increase efficiency.
• Operational Impact: You aren't just analyzing the past; you are directing the future. Your team makes daily, data-backed decisions on stock risk, replenishment, and inventory allocation that have an immediate effect on the company's P&L.
• Bridge Data & Reality: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. You will be the authority on why the data supports specific business directions.

Who You Are

• The Analytical Architect: You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with a strong focus on business logic.
• Strategic Modeler: You have a proven track record of building decision-support systems and logical workflows. You enjoy taking a big amount of data and turning it into a streamlined, repeatable process.
• Proven Leader: You have management experience or the demonstrated leadership skills to drive a team toward precision and excellence in a high-pressure environment.
• Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient with BI systems and advanced data tools. While you are a master of logic, you know how to leverage technology to scale your team's impact (SQL is a major plus).
• Operational Mindset: You understand that in E-commerce, speed is a feature. You thrive in environments where decisions are made in hours, not weeks.
