We are looking for an IT professional who is passionate about technology, problem solving, and providing top-notch IT support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely tech support, troubleshoot IT and communication issues, and ensure minimal downtime
• System Management: Install and configure systems, printers, and networks, ensuring all software tools function properly.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, manage contracts, and oversee IT service agreements.
• Communication Infrastructure: Assist with communication room setups and optimize video conferencing systems.
• Asset Management & Procurement: Manage the procurement and allocation of IT resources, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
• Collaboration: Work with departments to meet tech needs and stay updated on industry trends.
• Dynamic role across multiple coworking spaces
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems management, preferably in an enterprise or service-driven environmen, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure including networks, servers and system software.
• Experience with communication infrastructure, network management and video conferencing systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as User, MONDAY and other productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly address technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and highly independent.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – an advantage.
