The role includes responsibility for the organization’s infrastructure systems, evaluating new technologies and adapting them to the unit’s needs. The position focuses on managing SQL Server infrastructures in multi-server environments, developing and designing databases, and leading technology teams with an emphasis on system performance and high service quality.

What are we looking for?

• At least 6 years of experience in database infrastructure (with an emphasis on SQL Server) and team management.
• Proven experience in High Availability environments (Always On) and building replication processes.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with Linux/Unix and MongoDB.
• Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and T-SQL query optimization.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-server environments (at least 100 servers) and developing SSIS / SSRS / Power BI solutions.
