Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Global Defense Business Unit. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of business processes and P&L management. You’ll play a key role in monitoring budgets, tracking financial performance, and ensuring accurate forecasting to keep operations on target.

What You Will Do

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the go-to point for coordination within the BU and with corporate teams.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain forecasting tools, KPIs, and P&L dashboards for management review.
• Monitor budget execution, track financial performance, and flag risks or variances early.
• Support sales operations processes, including pipeline tracking and deal approvals.
• Streamline and standardize operational processes, tools, and documentation across projects.
• Coordinate inputs for management reviews and ensure accurate, consistent reporting.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar – must.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience (including student positions) – must.
• Strong understanding of business processes (including P&L) – must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – must, experience with BI and AI tools – advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• High level of English (written and spoken) – must.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
