Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring an IDM / IAM Systems Analyst for a leading organization

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IDM/IAM) Systems Analyst to lead the analysis and design domain within an organizational IAM project.

The role focuses on defining identity lifecycle processes, access controls, and integrations with core enterprise systems, while working closely with cybersecurity, IT, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in systems analysis within large organizations
Proven experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications
Hands-on experience with leading IDM/IAM solutions
Strong advantage: IBM Identity Verify Governance (IVIG)
Experience designing IAM integrations with enterprise and cloud systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple technical stakeholders
