We are looking for a highly motivated Tender Manager to lead and manage the company’s tender processes from start to finish – from identifying opportunities, analyzing requirements, coordinating responses, pricing, and submission, through to closure. This role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including business partners, technical teams, legal advisors, and senior management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in tender management or similar role within project-based, technology, or infrastructure companies.
• Strong understanding of tender documents, threshold requirements, scoring formulas, SLAs, penalties, etc.
• Proven ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage complex, multi-task processes.
• Familiarity with relevant information systems (CRM, data systems – advantage).
• Knowledge in systems analysis or project management – advantage.
