Requirements:

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Project Management / Systems Analysis / Systems Management — mandatory
• Deep familiarity with the telephony domain:
• CTI / IVR — mandatory
• Contact Center systems — mandatory
• Proven experience managing end-to-end (E2E) processes -mandatory
• Strong ability to perform reverse engineering on existing systems -mandatory
