About Konnecto

Konnecto operates as an independent, high-growth R&D group within Partnerize. We help the world’s biggest brands (including many in the Fortune 500) make smarter marketing decisions by transforming raw clickstream data into actionable insights through advanced algorithms and AI. Our team in Tel Aviv focuses on AI-driven development, data innovation, and product automation.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who thrives in high-ownership environments. You will be responsible for a diverse and ambitious portfolio: launching our new product, VantagePoint, scaling the core Konnecto platform, and revolutionizing our internal operations through automation.

You will work directly with our VP Product, Erez, and our elite R&D team to bridge the gap between technical data complexity and business growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape a "zero-to-one" product while evolving an established platform into a Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine.

What You Will Do

• Product Leadership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for VantagePoint (including Advertiser and Publisher production releases) and the core Konnecto platform.
• Drive Automation: Deeply understand back-office manual bottlenecks and work with engineering to build internal tools and LLM-driven automations that increase operational efficiency.
• PLG & Growth: Monitor user behavior and product health to identify friction; design features that facilitate a Product-Led Growth motion to help the business team acquire net-new clients.
• Data & AI Strategy: Leverage our data-heavy environment (Snowflake, MongoDB) to build features that detect product issues and automate complex marketing insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with the VP Product and business teams in Israel and globally to align development with strategic business goals and Partnerize integrations.
• Execution & Scale: Balance the need for rapid new feature development with the requirement to handle high-scale data processing for global clients.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of shipping complex data or AI-centric products.
• Strategic Execution: You can navigate high-level strategy with the VP Product but aren't afraid to get into the weeds of "how it works" with R&D.
• The Advantage Factor: Prior experience in the Data or Marketing Technology domain is a major plus.
• AI Curiosity: While deep AI expertise isn't required, a passion for learning and implementing GenAI/LLM solutions is essential. This is a prime role to build your expertise in this field.
• Independence: You are a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and drive projects to completion without constant supervision.
• Strong Analytical Skills: You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can communicate effectively with technical data engineers.
