UCT is looking for a talented Buyer III to join us in Israel!

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and supporting operational and logistical needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full purchasing process—from requisition through payment.
• Execute the end‑to‑end procurement cycle, including issuing purchase orders to local and global suppliers and coordinating with logistics and finance teams.
• Monitor, track, and expedite deliveries to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Provide ongoing support and service to internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations, etc.).
• Identify new suppliers, develop sourcing opportunities, and manage vendor relationships.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural business environment and collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Strong analytical abilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

• Minimum Education Requirements: Associate’s degree Required

• Preferred Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a major in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations Management is preferred but not required.
