Project Manager – Product & R&D

We’re looking for a Project Manager – Product & R&D to help us drive execution, improve alignment, and ensure cross-team initiatives move forward at speed. What You’ll Do

• Lead Cross-Company Projects: Plan, coordinate, and track delivery of initiatives spanning Product, R&D, and other stakeholders
• Drive R&D Project Execution: Partner with Engineering and Product to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones
• Establish Scalable Project Practices: Design and document workflows, optimize cross-team handoffs, and ensure repeatability
• Facilitate Communication & Alignment: Run project reviews, coordinate updates, and keep leadership informed on progress
• Leverage AI for Impact: Apply AI tools to automate workflows, improve collaboration, and generate actionable insights
• Data-Driven Project Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and report on outcomes
  
  

• For4+ years of experience in project or program management within SaaS/tech
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with Product and R&D
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools and automation in project execution
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience navigating R&D ticketing systems (Azure DevOps, Jira) and connecting them to higher-level project tracking
• Comfort working in dynamic, high-speed environments where priorities evolve quickly
