Job Description
- Development of new processes and solutions for future Tower products and Technologies
- Solving complex technological challenges and supply solutions which meet product requirements and manufacturing needs.
- Characterization, experimentation, and analysis of advanced semiconductor processes
- Opportunity to take part in exciting, interesting, and challenging working environment.
- Work in creative dynamic teams in R&D department

Job Requirements:
- MSc Chemical/Material/Mechanical Engineering or Physics – Must (PhD is advantage)
- Experience in process engineering – significant advantage
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing companies – advantage
- Teamwork and the ability to work with several interfaces
- Clear communication skills
- English proficiency – advantage
