About The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll be responsible for advising our local Expansions team on compliance requirements, related controls, and existing infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading regulatory scoping by mapping applicable regulations and developing the necessary controls
• Monitoring and managing compliance risks as operations scale locally
• Promoting a proactive local culture of compliance
• Providing guidance on compliance requirements, conduct risks, and control improvements
• Collaborating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local frameworks with global standards
• Proactively identifying regulatory issues and implementing effective corrective actions
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
• A solid track record of achievement across diverse areas
• Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
• An excellent understanding of how compliance and business risks interact
• To be highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
