We are seeking an experienced compliance leader to head the organization’s Compliance & Enforcement function. This senior role includes strategic ownership of compliance frameworks, team leadership, and close collaboration with executive management and the Audit Committee.

Reporting to: Deputy CEO & Group General Counsel

What you’ll do?

Lead and manage the Compliance & Enforcement Unit, including task allocation, coaching, and professional development.
Develop and execute the organization’s compliance and enforcement strategy, including oversight of enforcement programs.
Build and implement annual and multi‑year compliance work plans; embed compliance culture across the organization.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments and implement control and monitoring mechanisms.
Participate in Audit Committee meetings, present insights and data, lead professional discussions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
