What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch and Operations Support Specialist to support our shuttle service operations during critical US morning hours. ( converting to mid-day Israel hours) .
The shuttle service operates Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–7:30 PM (EST), and serves multiple client programs. The role will be operating Monday-Friday 12:00-16:00.
This role is essential to ensuring live operational coverage during the early morning window, when service volume begins and real-time issue resolution is required.
You will work closely with riders, vehicle providers, and internal operations teams to maintain service continuity and a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service support for HQ’s shuttle clients
- Manage bespoke operating system for the shuttles programme
- Provide day-to-day real-time support to riders and in-program fleet providers
- Notify your HQ manager of any complaints or serious service issues
- Maintain working relationships with incumbent providers for the shuttles programme
- Report to your HQ manager any system issues or outages that may impact service delivery
- Ensure a seamless experience for each shuttle program client
- Work closely with both manager and product team to maintain the services running smoothly
Requirements
- Strong English verbal and written skills, with high communication skills and adaptive styles to various personas (e.g., drivers, support operators, dispatch specialists, etc).
- Must be available to work the defined schedule of Monday–Friday, 12:00–16:00.
- Experience in US-centric customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail, great attitude, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Technical knowledge – ability to quickly learn and understand our bespoke dispatch system, able to articulate feedback to assist developers in improving the solution based on customer feedback and your experience.
- Working Monday- Friday 12:00-16:00.
- Hybrid work style: support is remote; however, we have offices in Rehovot and other locations if you are based near them and can work in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with New York City is an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues in real time.
